1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HomePezzo (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What HomePezzo Is

HomePezzo is an online product directory that allows vendors to list home improvement products and allows homeowners to discover and contact those vendors. HomePezzo is a directory platform only — it does not sell products, process payments between buyers and vendors, or guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of any listed product.

HomePezzo does not inspect, verify, or certify any product listed on the Site. HomePezzo does not verify vendor identity, credentials, licensing, or business status. All listings are created and managed solely by vendors.

No payment processing. HomePezzo does not process, hold, or facilitate payments between buyers and vendors. All financial transactions, agreements, and arrangements are made directly between the buyer and the vendor outside of this platform.

3. Vendor Accounts and Listings

Vendors who create accounts and submit product listings agree to the following:

• All listing information (product name, description, price, images, and location) must be accurate and not misleading.
• You own or have the right to use all images and content you submit.
• You are solely responsible for the products you list, including their legality, safety, and compliance with applicable laws.
• HomePezzo reserves the right to remove any listing or account that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, at any time and without notice.
• Listings may not include prohibited items, including but not limited to: counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, items illegal under applicable law, weapons, regulated substances, or any product HomePezzo determines in its sole discretion to be inappropriate for the platform.

4. Homeowner Use

Visitors and homeowners may browse listings freely. Any transaction, agreement, communication, or arrangement between a homeowner and a vendor is solely between those parties. HomePezzo is not a party to any such arrangement and assumes no liability for its outcome.

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before contacting or transacting with any vendor found on this Site, including verifying product quality, condition, pricing, and vendor credentials.

5. No Warranties Regarding Vendors or Products

HomePezzo makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• The identity, legitimacy, licensing, or credentials of any vendor
• The quality, safety, condition, or availability of any listed product
• The accuracy or completeness of any listing description, price, or image
• The outcome of any transaction or communication between users and vendors

Use of this Site and reliance on any listing is entirely at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All HomePezzo branding, site design, and original content are the property of HomePezzo. Vendor-submitted content (images, descriptions) remains the property of the submitting vendor. By submitting content, vendors grant HomePezzo a non-exclusive license to display that content on the Site.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. HomePezzo makes no representations regarding the accuracy of vendor listings, the quality of listed products, or the reliability of vendors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomePezzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any transaction between users and vendors discovered through it.

9. Modifications

HomePezzo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
